Kaya Skin Clinic - refund not credited

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am Seema Rani.

I had visited Kaya Clinic Jalandhar End Dec **** for pigmentation treatment. Dr Smitha Bhatia Advised to take package of * PRP sessions + * Laser Sessions and * peels session for best results. We were very confident and excited that we have come to right place as Kaya a big brand in the market is going to change my life soon. Yes my life changed but in opposite direction. I completed * sessions till Apr ** which include * sessions each of PRP , Laser and peels but my pigmentation has become more dark and even increased to forehead area. I talked to doctor each time I went for session that there are no results and the pigmentation is increasing and becoming more dark. The doctor keep on manipulating the situation and keep on saying will improve soon results are coming. I am very much disappointed with this I wasted alot of time and hard earned money with this treatment. I asked doctor to refund amount paid but they are not ready. I came here after seeing Kaya as reputed brand and thought my life would become bright but it lead me to more darkness. Kaya Jalandhar is not at all supportive nor interested. Please initiate the refund of my service which were misleading the results.
