I have credit at Snapdeal refund. Casually when I Purchase other material the credit shall be deducted in the invoice. When I purchase blanket the credit is not deducted. Hence two times I have canceled but my refund is deducted. Although I canceled my orders but amount is not credited to my refund account. I have so many times requested them.But they are not responding.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
