Ajio - refund not credited

I have ordered a product (#FN********** ) on *th Nov. and rejected the delivery as per customer care suggestions since we ordered the wrong one. The product didn't return to ajio and customer care asked me to wait until **rd, but I have tracked courier boy and collected my product to initiate return. The product was received without a price tag and informed same to customer care. On **st the courier boy came and picked the product and left. since there is no price tag in the product, the customer care cancelled my return request. Now again raised a complaint to check the product status but Ajio failed to provide the information and not initiating my refund after several followup calls and mails. pls look into this issue and do needful. Thanks
