Amazon - refund not credited

I have purchased a product from Amazon which was *G mobile. Later I did not like the product as I wanted a *G mobile so I requested to return it. But as per Amazon's policy it was to replace first and then return. The return was accepted by the delivery boy and it reached to Amazon warehouse. Then they told me that you will get refund after some time.

But after waiting for a few days in the end they told me that you will not get refund as the product came to us is different. So, I want to get refund of the Rs.*****/- which I spent on purchase.
