At * November night i was placing a order with diwali offer...
I paid an payment of ***** rs bt unfortunately *****is debited from my account and the order has failed..
I tried two times bt every time my order failed bt debit is for only one time..
Now after * days my refundy not credited then i called customer care and they said that the payment not received by them...
So i have to wait for ** days to reverse the payment from bank to the source..
I waited ** days and called bank as well bt they said that my complaint is registered and i have to wait ** days for resolving the complaint...
And also the paytm has deleted my order details from my profile...
They are trying to cheat me..
Help me out..
The order number is ********** and the sbi complain nuber is **********
