Abhilash Raghav filed complaint against Goibibo on Feb 21, 2022
I booked a hotel on **.**.**** through Goibibo for which money was deducted but no booking ID generated. I contacted SBI for refund after passing of ** days for refund, to which they replied in writing by stating that money is with Goibibo. This communication was in writing with transaction details from SBI. I exchanged multiple communications with Goibibo and they acknowledged the fact that money is with them. I was asked to again contact SBI and raise a chargeback request on which Goibibo would refund the money. However, Goibibo rejected the chargeback stating services has already been provided to the customer. I am attaching multiple E-mail communications wherein I communicated with Goibibo and SBI but I have not received my refund since July ****.
