Goibibo - Cancellation of rescheduled flight without notice or permission

I had originally booked a flight through goibibo form Goa to New Delhi for **th october **** bearing PNR number W*KPGI. Because of rescheduling of my post-graduation examination I could not travel on that day. So I tried to change the flight * days prior to departure. First I tried to contact goibibo but there was no way. I could not find an option in the app to connect to a person nor could I find it on their website. There was a toll free number which only lead to pre-recorded responses without directing me to a real person, only to an AI which kept repeating same messages over and over. So I searched in app and found an option to raise cancellation request under medical reasons thinking they would ask regarding further details and I would be able to provide my reasons. I raised a request but did not receive a response for another day. Since my flight date was nearing I thought I would go to the other end and I rescheduled my flight from airline (Indigo) side from where I changed my flight date to **th November ****. I paid extra charges on top of my booking charges. I received conformation from indigo regarding same. I also asked indigo before rescheduling that whether they have received cancellation request from goibibo, which they said they did not. Then after * days goibibo decided to respond to my cancellation request and they cancelled my rescheduled flight on their own without confirmation from me. I had raised a cancellation request for the flight on **th october, not for one on **th november. And on top of cancelling my flight goibibo has refused to pay me any refund citing that I have cancelled my flight which I did not. I only raised a request. I contacted both indigo and goibibo and they are blaming it on me saying I should not have rescheduled after requesting for cancellation. However, *. I did not receive a response from goibibo till * days after rescheduling, *. There is absolutely no way to contact goibibo other than receing mail from their side, *. They cancelled a different flight tahn the one I raised request for, *. They Cancelled without my confirmation *. They have eaten up all my money and have not paid me my refund for the fare either Goibibo has stolen the orignal fare money as well as the rescheduling charges from me and is refusing to compensate for same
