My flight was rescheduled by the airline with a more than * hour delay. I was repeatedly assured that I will get a full refund and I confirmed the same with the airline. However, Goibibo has cut my money and refunded only *** rs. Have repeatedly tried to contact goibibo but there customer care helpline is a virtual assistant and they are not responding to emails
