Warning! Technical terms below *** Dear Paytm #paytm Paytm Payments Bank. Its a very gentle request to you to enforce your merchants to keep a synch of transactions (passive automatic update of transactions)with your database to their database. Be it ion broadband, uts, xyz online shop, many more. None of their applications has this synchronisation. Also.... They don't create a pre-order record before leaving their platform to your gateway (claps). They create this record only when the payment is a success or failure... In short they add the record only when cycle is complete. They refund our money on the basis of email and sms they receive when you credit the amount to their banks(in case such failures) They don't give a shit if there is a failure of transaction (cycle incomplete) When customer enquires where is his money their customer executive reply is like (Dear Sir, we can not see your record in our database, please provide us the order id which was sent to you through mail or sms) How can you ignore their poor application workflow???? And what about you ? Why don't you keep a track if customers money was serviced or not (like paypal)? And explain me the logic, deducting customers money when he chooses non paytm wallet transaction via ur portal. Even without login. . . You don't even show this transaction because customer was not logged in.
