RegisterKaro Safe Ledger Private Limited - Refund not being issued after bad service No response from customer care for over 20 days

Contacted RegisterKaro to get my LLP registered and a package for compliance and virtual office after looking at google reviews but it has been a nightmare since day *. They force you and call you back to back to make the full payment for the service but once the payment is done they stop answering calls and mails, they change the details of the package and try to force you to comply. For example, in my case they first told me WeWork if their partner for virtual office but later they send a mail with some random virtual office provider. When I told them I didn't agree to this they simply state that this is the only option. I applied for a refund **+ days ago on mail but have received no response. I mailed their grievance team as well but have not received any response. It's a proper scam company built to take money and then ghost.
