RegisterKaro Safe Ledger Private Limited - Non Delivery Of Services

RegisterKaro (Safe Ledger Pvt. Ltd.) collected ₹**,*** (May *, ****, UPI Ref. ************, TXN ID YJP**e*b*f**fb****b*****bfba**cd*da) for LLP strike-off after I disclosed expired DINs to Rahul Mittal, who assured all costs were covered. They failed to deliver, ignored reminders (May *–**, WhatsApp), sent a delayed invoice (May **) with a *-hour refund policy, and ignored tickets (RK*****, RK****, RK*****, RK*****, RK*****). On May **, they demanded extra payment for DIN renewal, contradicting their assurance, and sent a vague WhatsApp update (June **, ****). Their misrepresentation, non-delivery, and unfair practices violate the Consumer Protection Act, ****. They are unable to deliver the service which I paid for and still not refunding.
