I had placed an order on ajio for Rs.****.**
Containing two items at **:** pm on *nd april . One of the items has been refunded of amount Rs ***.** but the other one of amount ****.** is not being credited . Talking to the customer care is of no use . And they keep giving me wrong reference number of the previous orders . Its been more than * days now and still no response and they keep endlessly delaying.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
