The Customer Care Amazon,
I had placed the order for Prmoagen Round Crystal Chandelier (Gold clear -* Nos) and Prmodagen Led Crystal chandelier (* Nos) in total there was (* items) against order #***-*******-******* dated ** November with total payment of Rs.**,***/-against COD.
I received total nine items through courier dated * December and made the cash payment.
I didn't not find the size up-to my expectations, so I placed the return requested immediately.
On ** December, I personally handover the complete parcel containing * items (same parcel as received) against pickup tracking ID ************.
I only received the refund for one Prmodagen Led Crystal chandelier (* Nos) of Rs.****/- in Amazon Pay.
I had a word with Customer Care lady staff and explained that total * items, but refund is processed for one item only. She said items might be lying in Amazon wharehouse and not reached back at seller place, so refund will be processed soon.
I didn't get any response, so spoke to your Customer Care team twice. Last person told me that things been sent to seller and refund will be processed soon.
My cousin brother Abhishek Sharma Mobile : **********, also spoke to Customer Care team and senior staff member on ** January. Senior staff assured that he will press the seller to process the refund ASAP, but it been more then two week awaiting for the refund.
I am Architect cum interior designer and wanted to place many more items for such things, but I am hesitant placing any new order due to non supportive response from Amazon Customer care team so far.
I am putting down all these details on email again hoping that Amazon senior team will have this sorted without further delay.
Otherwise I will be forced to take LEGAL action against Amazon. I will be forced to publish this entire correspondence on various media platforms (FB, Insta, Twitter, LinkedIn).
I look forward for your positive response ASAP, so I don't need to go through the Legal side.
