Makemytrip - Refund Not Availed

i cancelled my flight by talking to spice jet airlines because of the difference in timings. so, they initiated the refund to the travel agency i.e., makemytrip on the same day. it's been around ** days, i haven't received the refund. makemytrip made sure that customers will not be able to contact them. i tried to submit a refund request on their website. each time i raise a request i will get a message, oops, something went wrong. no emails were working. their customer care number is not working. after ** to ** attempts, they contacted me once and told me that they will check the issue. after that it's been * weeks, there is no communication from them neither is there a way to communicate with them.
