My ticket with PNR ********** from NCJ to PNQ was cancelled and no refund was made. The Booking status/current status was TQWL*/TQWL* at the time of booking. At the time of cancellation, the status was TQWL*. As per Irctc rules refund must be made on WL tickets but Irctc customer care helpline doesn't even care and cut the call after putting it on hold and do not respond to my mail. Its been a month now and I lost hope on Irctc. I would be glad to know if you could help me in this regard.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
