Ajio - refund nit received from 1 month

i ordered the product on **th nov. but got an product different in colour and size slightly smaller so after the coustomer care conversation i have done return and product was picked up after the quality check process by pickup boy . now after almost ** days thy are saying the got a non ajio product. now say me how the pickup boy will pick the product if that was a non ajio product?
now they have wasted my * month and i was mentally tortured by them . i dont have any product and my money with me . now one of there executive assured me that i will get my refund in ** hours and he has given me full assurance and i have to call recording also .then why i didn't received my money. now after * month they are doing nothing instead of cheating me. they have done multiple of mistakes and because i am an poor man they trying to make fun of me . name me any pickup boy who picked the product without checking it ?? and if the product was a non ajio how i received it and why the pickup boy will pick the non ajio product?
i also got an email from them that i will get my refund i ln * business days but didn't received it till now .
