Hi Team,
I am filing a case against Nestaway India(https://www.nestaway.com/).
I stayed at one of the Nestaway Property provided flats(DNR Atmosphere,Bangalore) for the past *years. I paid a Security deposit of **,***/-INR and Token Amount of *,***/-INR and Onboarding Charges of *,***/-INR at the time of Onboarding Nestaway flat.
I Moved out of Nestaway flat on **th August **** but till now I didn't receive my Security deposit and Onboarding Charges and Token Amount. As per Nestaway Policy they have to refund my money within **days, but It's *months completed till now I didn't receive my Security deposit and Onboarding Charges and Token Amount.
I created many service requests in the Nestaway service board they are responding like We have not received the amount from the Owner towards my final settlement. They are not responding for the service tickets exact date when they are refunding my full and final settlement amount.
This is a very serious issue with Nestaway and they are not responding to my service requests at all.
I am requesting you to file a case against Nestaway and Please provide my refund money ASAP.
