After booking the tickets in easemytrip.com, after payment section, just after money got debited from our acc, it took me to IRCTC page where it showed sorry try again later after putting my right details. Then it took me back to payment section and no ticket was booked rather money was debited from acc. Didn't got the money back.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
