I have booked a hotel using yatra.com on **th June ****. And also paid amount of ₹****. On the same I have cancelled the hotel booking. In their terms and conditions it is showing the refund amount will be credited in * to * days . But still my amount not refunded almost two weeks are gone.
I have called to yatra customer care and also sent a mail to yatra help center regarding the issue. No one is responding to the calls and mails.
I need my refunded amount back.
