One of the biggest and frustrating company, this company can make you beggar, because they will never pick up the phone just to avoid to talk with the customers. simply they gave customer care number but it has no value.
So Bad company; its been ** days but not returning the money back. such a disgusting company not even responding phone or email. how can be so irresponsible with my money.
Such low category company I ever seen in my life and very much wondering till they are doing the business which is shocking. Last ** days they are sending same message to settle my money soon but they are unable to settled. Last ** days I am waiting for my refund and there is no follow up and even no any interest is showing regarding refund. its very challenging to get the money back from them and quite tough to make them understand the priority.. so god knows what to do with them...
If there any option than I will choose no stars because i don't think they deserve even * single star. Irresponsible people with bad communication, they only put people in trouble without responsibility, for me it was first time to deal with but i made a big mistake to choose clear trip.
