I had booked my international flights using paytm last year. However due to the pandemic, i had to cancel the flight with the airlines and they had refunded the amount to paytm. The original mode of payment was through credit card and the refund had failed in the same mode so paytm had asked me to produce account details for NEFT. I have shared the same on *nd February however even after around *.* months the amount has not been credited to my account. Complaint ID - ***********.
