I purchased their power pass for rupees *** and still they made me pay full amount for the ride.
when i requested for cancellation they refunded the amount into rapido wallet instead of refunding it back to my bank account.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
