SNITCH APPARELS PVT LTD - Repeatedly cancelling the pickup

I have ordered a pair of T-shirts from Snitch app and because of the inferior quality and requested a return for the same. They are cancelling and rescheduling the return pickup of my order without even contacting me once. It is getting cancelled either by Snitch or their delivery partners Delhivery. They also took ₹*** from me as a return charge.This has happened *-* times still every-time when I contact them they are constantly giving me the same answer that they have escalated my issue and will fix it within the next **-** hours. I could even draft a email to them as they don’t have email id to contact. They are just responding through WhatsApp. I even contacted Delhivery twice for updates about my return pickup. However, they told me that the return pickup is cancelled by Snitch only and therefore cannot pickup my return. This issue is going on for almost **-** days still my issue is pending. I urge to everyone please do not order from Snitch app. Their service of handling customers’ queries is extremely disappointing and pathetic.
