Amazon - Refund issued Amazon Vouchers are Invalid and already redeemed

Dear Team,

We have ordered Amazon dishwasher later some time started troubled within warranty periods approached multiple attempts with Amazon support finally they're concluded its defective products we will do replacement or refund then they're did refund as * Amazon Gift Voucher equivalent to the product values INR *****, then later while tried to redeemed then got message voucher already redeemed even though we are not done from our side. Regarding that Amazon Gift Card Voucher approached support executive over past * months no resolution provided as on today. Hence looking your support then how could we try to get fresh voucher instead of redeemed one. Please check and do the needful.
