Jio mart - Refund issue

This app is not ready to give my money back . I ordered a jeans from this app which was clearly the mistake. I didn't knew such a big company under reliance have such pathetic service. The jeans was ordered on *th Jan **** and was delivered to me on **th Jan ****. I initiated the return on the same date and the return process was completed on **th Jan ****. They clearly don't know how to count * days. All I get to hear from them "Please wait for * days your refund will be provided to you". I am writing this complaint on ** Jan ****. Their employees are also the worst. They will try to avoid the conversation. This is the first time I have seen such a big company doing business like this.
