Flipkart - Refund issue

Saurya Singh filed complaint against Flipkart on Nov 21, 2021

I ordered my phone on *rd November but it has some display issue and battery issue so I request replacement then Flipkart assign Jeeves technician they are the main fraudster they with out visit to my place they simply summit false report to Flipkart that mine phone is fine .
Jeeves technician Saurabh kirar employes rejected my call hundreds times and when I contact to Flipkart they simply just reschedule technician visit it has been more than ** days but their is no technician visit and no proper solution provided by Flipkart
