Juhi Singh filed complaint against Swiggy on Oct 27, 2018
Order No.is ***********. This ordered was cancelled on October **, **** due to swiggy's n restaurant's fault. I was told a refund has been inititated on the same day. Later i followed up with the support and they told me this transaction was failed due to technical issue and we are unable to process that at this moment., i was about to ask more and he ended the chat. I again contacted support n i was again told that on Oct **, your payment was initiated and will be deposited to your source account which is netbanking with in *-* days. When i told him that in the last chat i was told that transaction was already failed due to tech issues he was not at all listening and continued the same thing that it was initiated on Oct **, u will get back in *-* days. I asked him for a call back and he said u will get a callback in next ** hours and ended the chat.
I contacted support next day and that gorl told me the same thing but when i shared with her the screenshot she told me that I was rigjt, this payment get failed due to tech issues and i will process a coupon of Rs.***. I told her i want my money back to ky source account, netbanking and she agreed that she has reprocessed a refund again on Oct **. When i asked her the complaint number so that i can follow up with this is future, she told me there is no need of the number as i have documented everything here and escalated this issue. Now u will get the refund. I was expecting the support to reply me as per the new status of the refund but when i contacted again today, i was told the same thing that refund was initiated on Oct ** and will receive in *-* days. Firstly its already been * days, secondly she was not at all listening after sharing scnshots as well she didn't even see that and keep on saying the same thing that we have same system and i m telling u what i can see and she didnt even answered my query. I also asked her for the call back and she said we dont have any system of call back..you will get the refund automatically as i have already escalated the issue and ended the chat again. Now want i want to say is this is such a pathetic customer service im which we can't even call and chat system is the worst as u cant even type properly as it hangs frequently. Swiggy's refund policy says u will get the refund in your account in *-* days and they r still giving wrong information to its customers. I want my refund first and secondly i want someone to call me from Swiggy. I m very much frustrated at this moment due to it's horrible customer service.
