Amazom India - Refund Issue after order pickup

I am writing to urgently follow up on the refund process for my order placed on ** March **** (Order No. ***-*******-*******). I ordered a Lenovo ThinkBook laptop worth ₹**,***, but on ** March ****, I received a different product, which also appeared to be used.
Upon noticing this, I promptly raised a complaint, provided all necessary proofs, and uploaded images for verification. After a thorough three-day investigation, the resolution was made in my favor, and the incorrect product was collected. I was assured that a full refund would be issued within ** days.
Despite multiple confirmations from your support team and my repeated follow-ups, I have not received the refund yet. This situation has caused significant inconvenience. I have substantial evidence to support my case, including:
Call recordings confirming the refund assurances.
Images and video recordings provided for verification.
And I have open box delivery vedio.
I request that you urgently prioritize this matter and process my refund without any further delays. Kindly let me know if any additional information or documentation is needed from my end. I sincerely hope for your prompt resolution. And i have raised a consumer complaint
