i ordered boat airdopes *** on ** august **** and i recevied on ** august **** *:** PM and its price is **** on amazon. i open that product so i see that product is already open and main product is missing only charging cable and extra ear buds in the brand box and warranty card or brand card available in that box. so that time i dont know what to do . then other day means ** august i call on amazon customer service that time they says that an investigation team work on it and it will take time * working days . i wait for * working days so i will call on ** august for solution but customer care agent says to me that investigation is complete but investigation team says product properly delivered to customer there no refund and replacement is possible.
