I have booked the flight ticket in Indigo on September **,****, whereas due to spelling mistake in name, I have to cancelled the flight ticket after consulting the airlines. Indigo has refunded the ticket cost whereas paytm has not credited the funds in my account. I have contacted Paytm customer care six times and also sent an email for refund. Customer care is not providing any response and I have been waiting for theoney from almost * months.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
