Anmol Singh filed complaint against PayTM on Feb 15, 2019
I paid for a transaction against transaction id *********** at Lenskart through Paytm on **-Jan-** but the amount of Rs**** got deducted from Paytm but order failed at Lenskart end. Lenskart emailed that they have refunded amount to the original payment method (Paytm) on **-Jan-**. Paytm has not refunded/reflected the refund on my Paytm passbook and is not replying to my reminders till date **-Feb-**.
