Zivame - Refund is not reflected in Account

I have returned *product i. e. Zelocity skin fit legging order no. ******** from zivame site in the month of September.But the refund is not received by me. I have called them multiple times but no positive response . Also I had explained my issue through e-mail to the company but every time their reply was to wait for next ** hours and nothing would happened after that .Its such a big brand and can't able to refund my own money even after * month,which is very disappointing .
