zomato - Refund is not received from Zomato more than 10 days completed

I have ordered food from Toto's cafe and resturant in pachgani Maharashtra on **th Dec **** with prepaid amount of *** rupees, some how restaurant rejected the order and refund initiated status i can see on **th Dec **** **.**PM, next status I can see Refund is processed by your bank on **th Dec **** **.**PM and last status I can see in zomato app is refund completed on **th Dec ****.
Till date I can't see any amount reverted from zomato in my bank account, so i connected with customer care executive, he is asking me to connect with my bank and with reference number the he has given me, how it make sense if no transaction done in my bank i would ask my bank about refund staus from reference number. I need resolution and my refund amount with interest.
