I booked return ola outstation on June **. At the time of booking total fare was **** and we did not take the car on any other route. However, the total bill was around ******. After raising this concern ola found that we were charged **** extra and on Jule ** they confirmed they will refund this amount within * days. Till now after more than * months of taking this ride, the amount is not refunded. I have been following every week and there is no progress.
