I ordered a product on June **th
its July **th today till date my refund is not issued.
When I call customer care they say the refund has been issued BUT they won’t give refund reference number or transaction number which obviously will be generated only if the refund is issued.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
