I have order on JIO Mart on ** July **** worth. Rs. ****.**. Due to some my past order issue was not resolved and bad customer services. I have cancel my order on ** July ****, *:** am. but till the date my refund is not initiated. I send several mail to cshead@jiomart.com but no proper response.. if call to customer service number they put my call on hold for ** to ** min and disconnected automatically... so no one is address my issue. this is very painful experience order with JIOMART. Please help us to get refund as soon as possible.
