I ordered a product on flipkart on **/**/****(paid via NetBanking).Due to bad rating about the seller and delay in delivery timing, I cancelled the order next day.The refund was supposed to credited on original payment mode by */**/**** but it is */**/**** yet refund is not credited.

I already contacted flipkart many times,they raise complaints more than * times which they are unable to resolve.Also I got confirmation from bank that refund for that product is not credited by merchant.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
