Make my trip - Refund Is not credited

I have filled a refund request for flight booking that was scheduled in lockdown. I have contacted my airline (Indigo) and the already have credited my refund to MMT and it has been over a month I have not got any refund they have stuck me in an infinite loop of sharing same details every week, filling same forms. I tried complaining in RBI but couldn't find the company name thus came here.
