Oyo Hotels - Refund is not credited in my Bank A c
RITU filed complaint against Oyo Hotels on Jul 20, 2019
I booked a room on **-June-**** in Ahmedabad in oyo ***** Hotel Lotus, Booking ID BOQD**** and paid online amount ***. But they denied my check in , i talked to oyo manager and there staff but none of them solved my problem.In the end i cancelled that booking and again booked in another oyo named as ***** Hotel Lincoln booking Id OSKA**** and paid rs*** but there also they denied me entry and again
I cancelled my booking. I talked to oyo manager regarding my refund , they asked for me to wait for *-** week days and I did so. But they did not refund it till date
Whenever I call them I talked to junior and asked them to deliver my call to your senior , they let me wait and then hung up the call. I sent them a lot of mails and they asked me to contact your bank
I went to bank several time but i did not get my money back
Sir my grievance is that
I want my refund with Interest , charges for filing case in consumer court and mental harassment compensation
