i order shirt (cost *** rupees) from myntra in * March ****,i canceled it on * March ****(i didn't received it). It's * April **** still i didn't get any refund.
In ** march **** i complained against this thing, and i got a reference id, and your customer executive told me to go to my bank with it do i did. Because i wanted my money back. I filled the application i did what that officer said. It's * April **** STILL i didn't received my money in my account.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
