Gousia filed complaint against Goibibo airlines on May 26, 2020
I had booked a ticket from Sharjah(SHJ) to Thiruvananthapuram(TVM) through goibibo which was scheduled on April **th **** with PNR no. MLFDUF which is a Air India Express flight, and the payment was done through HDFC Net Banking. Due to the Coronavirus outbreak I had to cancel my ticket. And the ticket was canceled on March **th **** and that time the ticket was manually canceled and not automatically(i.e, not automatically due to covid ** outbreak) . I recieved a message that the refund will be initiated after *-* working days. But I didnt recieve any Refund to my account even after * working days. After which I contacted your customer support team on April *th **** regarding this issue. The customer support executive assured me that I will be receving my refund within next * working days or if I did not recieve my refund then it would be the bank's problem since the bank didnt send any transaction ID to refund the amount back to the Bank account.
When I contacted the bank regarding this, they told that they have already sent an Refrence ID as well as an Tansaction ID long back for the same transaction.
Kindly take the appropriate actions immediatedly to refund my amount as early as possible because it is already more than ** working days post cancelation of the ticket.
I'm trying to contact the customer service team from past ** days, but I have not got any answer from them till this minute
I'm facing a huge problem because of Goibibo, i kindly request you to look into this problem.
Please help me get my money back. Its really important. Goibibo is looting customers and they are not trustworthy.
