On Saturday *th may **** I was scheduled to fly first from Mumbai to Abu Dhabi. This concerned flight PNR W*JNQV. This flight was cancelled by your airline due to Operational reasons.
I have not received my refund yet and I've been taking updates on it for the last ** days but makemytrip customer service is not responding well and keeping the call on hold for longtime. I'm not getting any proper response from your end.
Kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
