Sonal Pandey filed complaint against PayTM on Jul 1, 2017
I purchased a microwave from paytm. They delivered a defective Microwave. Then i requested for return. Return pick up has been done. Its been more than ** hours but they had not refunded the money yet. I contacted to them and asked for money refund but they are saying they are already refunded the money told me to contact to my bank customer service centre. Then i contacted to the bank but they are saying they have not received any amount of money from paytm. Again i contacted to paytm asked them for a proof regarding money transfer to my account but they had not given me any proof yet niether replying to my mails. Please resolve my issue and ask them to refund the money as soon as possible. I will be very grateful to you.
