I have booked a Air Asia flight through yatra which got rescheduled. Air Asia offered me "Full Refund" Option but they said they can't process it at their end as it was travel agent booking. I have been contacting yatra support since then but they haven't provided me a proper response.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
