We have booked our flight on **-**-**** which costed us ₹***** due to medical reasons we haven't board our flight and cancelled within a day before.
We have contacted to Air Asia for refund and they have initiated the refund to yatra.com and says contact them and then we are trying to contact them but there is no response from Yatra.
Kindly look into this matter and request you to provide refund.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
