Planet spark - Want to stop class in planet spark and want refund

I start it from **june.but bcoz of some family problems I am not able to attend the class.so I want to stop it. Bcoz my EMI also start deducted. I want to stop that classes but no body is picking my call.and also block our number.pleaae help us.
