This complaint is against the company Planet Spark where I enrolled my daughter for an online course for a duration of ** months where some weekly * classes were to be conducted online
After *-* weeks we realised that the program was not at all fruitful and was not as it was offered to us during the discussion
So we tried to establish contact with the planet spark team but no response was received from their end
We have written multiple times to the planet spark team but we are given a new ticket id every-time
Even we contacted the counsellor mr. Anubhav who made us enroll our kid in the program and charged **** separately as counselling fee but even he is not replying
While enrolling we were told that we can cancel the program any time and the prorata amount will be deducted
Need resolution of the same
