I had a booking through MMT(MakeMyTrip) My Flight Ticket was cancelled by GO-Air due to lockdown. Go-air refunded the amount to MMT but MakemyTrip is not reachable on this case. Even MMT has deleted my Trips History from their portal, Hence I am not able to see or manage the status.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
