Sir,
Recd. mail & SMS dated **/** from my Makemytrip Booking ID: NF************** that AI-***, dated April *, **** has been impacted and to contact makemytrip immediately. Our all and consistent efforts to contact makemytrip through mail, chat as suggested are not been responded even mailing to Shri Deep Kalra remained unanswered. This amounts to deficiency in service, negligence and an unfair trade practice on the part of makemytrip. This negligence by makemytrip has disabled me to further reschedule my itinerary at this juncture and hence increased lot of anxiety and stress levels since receiving the mail of this impact as it has completely severely affected my return trip and a completely disabled and deactivated my plan and itinerary.
Immediate refund of Rs.**** along-with compensation is required urgently and on to re-schedule my travel plan.
I need an urgent full refund so that I can re-plan my Itinerary
