Myself Pankaj Kadav, residing at Badlapur, Thane-****** applied for new pipeline gas connection to MGL (Mahanagar Gas Limited) on Dec-**** & paid Rs. ****/- on **-dec-****. MGL failed to provide the gas connection till Jul-** & when I asked for my refund with interest then MGL deducted registration charges Rs. ***/- even if mistake from MGL. I need Rs. *****/- from MGL for refund including harrassement, followup & wasting my time in calling /mails.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
